BANY members successfully lobbied to have the charter bus inspection fee removed from Governor Cuomo’s budget.  This is a great example of how each and every person can use their voice to make an impact in local government.  Over an 8 week period, members embarked on a letter writing and phone call campaign to their legislators to educate them on the impact of the inspection fee.  This is a victory for all bus and coach owners!  Kudos to all involved!
